DataRooms

Founders send investors a folder of documents and then wait, blind, with no idea what was opened or what went unanswered. Diligence is where good rounds quietly stall. The hard part was making security feel like confidence rather than friction.

( Concept )
So we built a data room that speaks. It answers investor questions around the clock, tracks what each reader actually opened, and hands the founder a live picture of who is genuinely interested instead of a silent inbox. Secure by default, but never at the cost of the polish a first impression needs. A room that pitches while you sleep.
